When you start packing you will found that there are too much fragile and awkward shaped items all around your home.There is no  doubt that you should pack them.Free acid paper is a good isolator but not soo good in preventing your stuff.Use the pillow cases as a protection coverage.Wrap the vase (for example) with a paper and after that put in inside the pillow slip.Tie the pillow case using a packtread or its natural endings such as buttoms,zippers or double adhesive systems.Do not put the full pillow case at the bottom of a box or on the top.You can use this package to fill some empty spaces in the boxes with the books,gadgets ot cloths.Don't forget to label the box and to put a list with the content.
