It will also be better if you assign one of your project managers to do the job in supervising the professional movers that you hire to relocate your office. There would definitely some decisions that need to be made during the move.

You also need to plan ahead in your new office on which table goes to what area or what room. This way, it will be more organized and the professional office movers will finish your relocation in a timely fashion without hiring another set of professionals to place everything to their appropriate places in your new office.
