Moving can be very stressful regardless if you are moving from a three story home or apartment. Here are some tips that could help you lessen your stress when you move.

Dispose the things that you do not need or want anymore. If you have a lot of things that you do not want anymore, and you are planning to have a clatter free home in your new place, try to dispose all the things that you do not use, start looking from the things from the kitchen to your clothes in the closet.

You will be surprised how you will be saving space and boxes when you start packing.

Plan ahead. When you decide the day of your move, you need to plan ahead and start packing your things. Cramming could make you feel stress and frustrated. The early you start packing, the better.

Back the biggest furniture first.  The correct way in packing when you move is to pack first the big furniture. It will be easier to pack the big ones and then focus on the fragile items.

You can allot at least one to two hours of your time everyday packing your things. This way, you will not be overwhelmed with the wok that you need to do. So, when the day of your move arrives, you will be ready and organized. It will be fewer hassles, less stress, and a smoother move.
